Due to the ever-increasing demand for our timber glazed extensions we are looking for additional Sales Design Consultants to take on projects throughout England.

Award Winning, Richmond Oak Conservatories is a family owned business, with over 30 years experience. Providing homeowners with valuable knowledge & advice to create a solution that will enhance their property with a new inspiring living environment that will add more space, light and 'Wow' to their home. Specialists in the design & installation of stunning Seasoned Oak Conservatories, Orangeries & Garden Rooms throughout England.
We are looking for experienced Sales Design Consultants to join our team. Candidates must possess a special blend of product knowledge, creative design skills and have the ability to nurture a trusting rapport with clients.
All Richmond Oak projects are bespoke and often involve complexities that require innovative solutions and designs. Therefore, it is crucial that candidates have a good understanding of the technical implications of a project including building work. Whilst also expected to be proficient with creating own design proposals using drawing software such as SketchUp & CAD.
If you have previously worked within the timber glazed extension industry and have the type of experience we describe with a successful sales track history, we would particularly like to hear from you.
The role requires you to...
- Efficiently follow up of qualified enquires.
- Schedule design consultations with clients at their homes.
- Conduct a feasibility study to establish functionality, aesthetics & budget.
- Create and present design proposals.
- Provide solutions and value that will justify client financial investment.
We are looking for someone who...
- is experienced in the design of timber conservatories, orangeries and garden rooms.
- has a flair for creating a design concept that meets the clients brief and can realistically become a build reality.
- is confident at delivering a positive sales experience with a solution led approach.
- is competent with respect to knowledge of Listed Properties, Planning Applications & Building Regulations.
- is self motivated, well organised and proactive.
Additional:
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car required.
- Self employed, commission only role.
- Home based with regular scheduled online and face to face team meetings.
